Want to run away from this scorching heat? And bored of adventure-less travels? Then try challenging the waters this time. So, pack your bags and beat the summer with these water sports:
Flyboard
Meant only for swimmers, Fly boarding is a daunting adventure activity in the league of water sports.
Where can it be done:
- Chopdem, Goa: Atlantis Water Sports, Flyboard Nation are some of the operators conducting sessions at Chopdem Jetty in Chapora river. You can also get photos and videos shot at an extra cost, over here.
Note: Children below 13 years are not allowed.
Snorkeling and Scuba Diving
Explore the marine life for an out of the world experience.
Where can it be done:
- Andaman and Nicobar Islands: Here, you can try night diving at The Lighthouse or swim with turtles at the Barracuda City. Both are located at Havelock Island. Other sites to explore include Margherita’s Mischief (Neil Islands), North Point (Cinque Island), Mahatma Gandhi Matine National Park (Jolly Buoy Island) and Mahatma Gandhi Marine National Park, Wandoor beach (Red Skin Island).

White Water Rafting
It is one of the most popular adventurous water sports in India.
